100% OF THE BALANCE WILL BE COLLECTED UPON COMPLETION OF NIGHTLY OR WEEKLY RESERVATIONS.
IF YOU CHOSE A DISCOUNTED RATE YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW PROOF OF THE QUALIFYING DISCOUNT UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PARK. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE REMAINDER OF THE FULL RATE BEING CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.

MCINTOSH LAKE RV PARK CANCELLATION POLICIES
Please note that while we do not guarantee the site number in your reservation confirmation, we do guarantee your site will have the same amenities. All of our sites have w/s, 30 or 50 amp electric and wifi. If you chose a pull through site, you will get a pull through site. The lake, hall/LR and dog park are accessible on foot from any site in the park by any able bodied person.
Nightly/Weekly
If you cancel 8 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25/nightly and $50/weekly and a 10% processing fee of your reservation total.
If you cancel 7 days or less prior to your reservation date there are no refunds.
No refunds for early departure.
Monthly Reservations:
There is a $100 nonrefundable deposit for all monthly reservations. If you book multiple months, your deposit is $100 per month. Your deposit is applied to each month of your original booking; if you leave early the deposit is non-refundable.

All Reservations – Nightly/Weekly Due to Weather:
During a holiday or event week, if you cancel 10 days or more prior to your reservation you will be charged $50 cancellation fee and a 10% processing fee, if you cancel 9 days or less from the date of your scheduled arrival you will be charged the full amount of your reservation, no refunds. The only exception is if there is a “NAMED” storm directly threatening this area during the period of your reservation AND there has been a mandatory evacuation called at our location.
When you provide credit card information at time of reservation, you agree to this cancellation policy.
There are no refunds for early departure.

GUIDELINES FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY:

-CHECK IN IS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 1 PM AND 6 PM. THE OFFICE IS OPEN UNTIL 8 PM FOR REGISTERED GUESTS NEEDS
-PARK SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH OR LESS
-WE DO NOT HAVE EV CHARGING ACCESS AND DO NOT ALLOW EV CHARGING AT YOUR SITE FOR NIGHTLY OR WEEKLY GUESTS.
-QUIET TIME IS FROM 10:00 P.M. TO 8:00 A.M.
-CHECK OUT TIME IS NOON (12PM)
-ALL NON REGISTERED VISITORS MUST CHECK IN AT THE OFFICE
-PLEASE TAKE YOUR TRASH TO THE DUMPSTER LOCATED ON YOUR MAP.
-ABSOLUTELY NO CLOTHESLINES ARE TO BE HUNG OUTDOORS.
-ONBOARD LAUNDRY MACHINES AND DISHWASHERS CANNOT BE USED IN THIS PARK. WE HAVE A LAUNDRY FACILITY ONSITE BUT IF THAT IS NOT SUFFICIENT, WE’LL BE HAPPY TO DIRECT YOU TO THE LOCAL LAUNDROMAT.
-COMMON SENSE MUST BE USED WHEN USING THE PARKS COMMUNITY FIRE PITS. IF THE WIND IS BLOWING OR THE HUMIDITY LEVEL IS BELOW 40%, DO NOT HAVE A FIRE. ONLY SMOKELESS FIRE PITS CAN BE USED AT YOUR SITE.(Solo, Breeo, or Tiki for example) BURNING THE GROUND OR PICNIC TABLE WILL RESULT IN A $250.00 CHARGE TO YOUR CARD ON FILE.
-NO DISCHARGING OF FIREARMS OR FIREWORKS IS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.
-ABSOLUTELY NO WASHING OF RVs OR VEHICLES. ASK HOSTS OR OWNERS AND THEY’LL DIRECT YOU TO THE NEAREST CAR/TRUCK WASH.
-BUG WASHING OF THE WINDSHIELD IS NOT ONLY PERMITTED BUT ENCOURAGED.
-LAKE SWIMMING IS PERMITTED BUT NOT ENCOURAGED. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT ANY TIME. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. (Alligators are not uncommon in the lake)
-CHILDREN UNDER 16 MUST HAVE A PARENT IN THE WATER WITH THEM AND CHILDREN UNDER 18 MUST HAVE AN ADULT SUPERVISING.
-NO REPAIRS MAY BE DONE ON YOUR RVs UNLESS OK’D BY PARK MANAGEMENT.
-WE DO NOT ALLOW THE USE OF INFLATABLE PLAYGROUNDS OR BOUNCY HOUSES OR PORTABLE HOT TUBS AT ANY SITE IN THE PARK.
-PET POLICIES:
-ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH (NO LONGER THAN 6 FEET LONG) AT ALL TIMES. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS WHEN THEY ARE IN THE BARK PARK.
-ANY DOG OUTSIDE OF YOUR RV MUST HAVE A HUMAN THAT IS CAPABLE OF HANDLING THEM OUTSIDE WITH THEM AT ALL TIMES.
-YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR DOG’S POOP NO MATTER WHAT SIZE IT IS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC EJECTION FROM THE PARK WITHOUT REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS!
-CATS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ROAM THE PARK OFF LEASH.
-YOUR ANIMALS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN ANY OF THE PARKS BUILDINGS.
